Here's what you need to know about renting a board:

• Previous Lessons: If you've taken lessons from a "Lift" affiliate, you'll need to inform us about it. Being a "Lift" affiliate allows us to usually confirm your previous lessons. However, if you learned elsewhere, let us know, and we will discuss your skills and evaluate your riding history with you.

• Supervised Rentals: Our rental service does not allow "unsupervised rentals." This means that even if you're renting a board, we will still accompany you while riding. This policy is primarily for safety reasons, ensuring that someone is available to assist you if needed and to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.

By following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth rental process while prioritizing safety and skill assessment.

If you need to cancel a lesson for some reason please give us 24 hours notice. We will refund the lesson or reschedule based on your request.
